A Panera Bread restaurant in Macon, Georgia has been sued by a former baker for overtime violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The lawsuit, filed in the Middle District of Georgia, alleges that the baker was regularly told to work off the clock between 2012 and September 2015.
